We have a lot of statues and busts of famous Czech people in Prague. This man is Josef Jungmann (1773 - 1847) - writer, poet and linguist, and also a leading figure of the Czech National Revival.
This bronze statue by Šimek, Barvitius and Levý is from 1878 and is placed on Jungmann Square.
