The House Sign (5) - Small Bears

Somewhere I read that this House Sign is from 1614. Somewhere was writen 1617. Ok, we may say early 17th century.
You may see Old Czech Language there - "Zde slowe od starodawna u Nedvidku".

  1. It is refreshing to see the stone carved names. People don't know how to do that today. I do and carve names in stone. Most of it is done by sand blasting through templates nowadays. This is also an interesting post for the carving in the stone.

The House Sign is picture or sculpture over the doors or in the middle of house. It was most important from second half of 14th century untill 18th century. People used it for the distinction of houses.
