This is a house of Czech Yacht Club. It was build in 1912 and is located under Vyšehrad. I never was in. And I don´t think we have enought big yachts on Vltava river. :-)
It does look peaceful and lovely - and maybe you're right, there is something very soothing about watching boats on a river, so perhaps you should have more!
